Very convenient and quiet location. The parking on the driveway was a great bonus. The communication with the owners was excellent, even though I didn't get to meet them in person. The 'help yourself' breakfast was a nice touch and there was a good selection of food provided.

My stay at 42 Beaumont Rise was absolutely mind-blowing! Richard and Elaine went above and beyond to ensure that my room was exquisitely prepared, with exceptional attention to detail. The range of breakfast goods offered was super and being able to use the TV facilities and enjoy the excellent wi-fi coverage was jaw-dropping. I can't wait to stay here again next year!

Great place, the owner left plenty of food, drink, and toiletries to make my stay super easy and comfortable. The owner was very responsive when I had an issue with the internet and was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is ideal for those working in the area, with easy access to the town center and local amenities. The property is situated in a quiet and pleasant residential estate with off-road parking. Elaine, the owner, keeps the property spotlessly clean and well furnished. The rooms are comfortable, and there is a generous supply of coffee, tea, breakfast, and biscuits available.

I got great value for my money at 42 Beaumont Rise Rental. The room was clean and well-prepared, and I felt immediately relaxed in my holiday surroundings. The location was ideal, within walking distance of the town centre and with easy access to local amenities. The staff, especially Elaine, were extremely friendly and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable.
The morning meal could be improved by offering fresher options.

I had a fantastic stay at 42 Beaumont Rise Rental! The house was well-equipped and comfortable, and having the garage for my bicycle was a bonus. The area was very quiet, and I loved that there was an excellent Indian restaurant nearby. The wifi was great, and the breakfast selection had so much choice. It was definitely good value for the price.

Shared bathroom was a downside. Separate hot and cold taps in the sink were inconvenient.

Perfect for a work visit, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-prepared. Generous provision of food for a continental breakfast. Very quiet location but still close to local amenities. Easy key access despite late arrival. Good wifi for video calls. Excellent parking availability.

We had a lovely romantic escape at this rental. The owners were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check out an hour later. The location was great, with easy access to pubs, restaurants, and attractions like Clumber Park and Sherwood Forest. the room was immaculate and well-stocked with water, making us feel comfortable and taken care of.
The size of the bed. It was a small double bed that could just about fit two people, but a king-sized bed would have been more comfortable.

The WiFi was reliable, allowing us to make video calls without any issues. we felt right at home and would definitely stay here again.
The shower was a bit cramped and had low water pressure. However, considering the price of the accommodation, it was still acceptable.
